CANCELLATION & RETURN Policy
niswaworld.com is a boutique business, and we have a customer friendly “Cancellation and Return policy”, as per the below criteria and subject to our discretion.
CANCELLATION Policy
- If you have to cancel an order, please contact us via phone within 12 hours of placing the order.
- We should receive the request for cancellation before your order is shipped. • Only “Cash On Delivery” orders are eligible for cancellation.
- We have “No Cancellation” policy for transactions done by Credit Card.
RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy
- niswaworld.com has a strictly NO RETURN policy.
- If you would like to exchange any other items you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, by sending the request to contact@niswaworld.com. A member of the team will confirm if the item can be exchanged by email or by phone.
- Items on “promotion / sales” are not eligible for exchange or return. Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed.
- In case of exchange, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (for both return of original product and shipment of exchanged product). Customers are advised to track the return shipment as “niswaworld.com” will not be responsible for any items lost in the post.
- You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.
- Request for exchange will not be applicable if there is any physical damage (including scratches) to the product because of misuse, dropping, etc.
- Please do not message us on social media pages as your exchange will not be processed.
- Faulty Products
- If your item arrives faulty then this needs to be reported via email to contact@niswaworld.com with pictures of the faulty item within 12hrs of receipt of the item. A member of the team will confirm if the item can be exchanged by email or by phone.
- It is advised to post back the faulty item with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post. Please do not message on our social media pages for any exchanges as our team will be unable to complete your request.
